Do we make it?

The answer is probably YES! There is not much I haven't made over the last 10 years so if you can't see it on ETSY or FACEBOOK (or in the Gallery) don't hesitate to drop me a line. I have a million patterns and am sure I'll be able to sew/crochet/knit or design it!

So...how do I buy?

At the moment I am selling via ETSY or Directly through Facebook (paypal or direct deposit for payments).


I have found as most of my orders are custom these are the best platforms for conversations and image sharing during the process.

Right, so time frames?

Most orders are completed within 1-2 weeks however some do take longer (e.g replica dolls) based on frankly details and getting things right. 


I am 100% open and always give updates throughout the process though so you'll never be left wondering the situation on your order.


If you need an order quickly PLEASE let me know from the beginning...I'm good but not a mind-reader so need to know if you're in a hurry!

Quick bits

Postage

I use Australia post for 99% of orders (the other 1% I usually deliver myself). For that reason I go by satchel rates on the day - plus a little extra for packing and handling (as I'm sure you don't want your item thrown in a bag without some bubble wrap :P) what I don't charge for is the extra 'pretty' bits that make getting your order special.


Can I upgrade to express post

Absolutely - again Aus post rates are used so you'll pay exactly what I pay for it.

Same goes for signature on deliver

Problems....eeeeek

I work to ACCC regulations and follow their advice.

If you should ever have an issue with an order (unlikely as I am very sure to share  photos etc before posting so you are really happy!) don't worry as I will absolutely repair/refund/replace depending on what the issue is.

Please note for custom orders refunds may not be given due to the nature of it being custom. Repair/replacement will usually be my go to under Australian Consumer Law

Delays?

Around Christmas things get busy - so our usual time-frames can be blown out a little with demand. The best thing to do is order early. As always I will be in contact throughout the process so you'll always know what's going on though!


I will endeavour to update the landing page with any delays etc and Etsy/Facebook will have up to date information.

Opening Times

I'm pretty much always around during the week -  I will endeavour to get back to you within a couple of hours of your message.


On weekends please understand that it might take me longer to respond but I will get back to you.
